Worst experience with Meta / WhatsApp

I used to read the documentation from AWS and thought AWS was the worst, and the process we had to follow there was the worst. But today I spent a lot of time on WhatsApp API integration work, and when I explored their documentation and read through it, I had the worst frustration. They have multiple dashboards and multiple settings, and everything sucks. Settings on one page are also contradicting other settings. They have the following.

It has too much information scattered around everywhere. I now understand why people use a third-party provider for their WhatsApp needs. I have never seen a messed up company like this in the past. The only success they have is the number of users using their product, irrespective of the fact that it is very bad. I cannot express how frustrating it is right now on my head. I cannot believe how Meta is one of the top companies in this world with all this mess.

All that I'm trying to create is an integration with their API and send messages programmatically, along with the normal WhatsApp interface on mobile as well. I still have not cracked how it can be done. They keep saying that if I use their Cloud service, the WhatsApp on mobile cannot be used. That's the biggest stupidity in the world. The reason is that for any business, they would like to manage things on their mobile too. They cannot always connect to the dashboard to view the messages and send messages. That's the main reason why this is called an instant messaging application. These are some basics this company is missing.

Unfortunately, my clients want this WhatsApp integration, so I have been banging my head on the wall for several hours. You know what another frustration there is: if I log in from a different device, then it will lock me out for 90 minutes for their Meta team to verify. Thankfully, I stopped using Facebook about 8 years back. It is so frustrating to deal with this crap now.
