TIme management discovery

After watching the above YouTube video by the one and only Chris Do I gathered that sometimes I was very 'busy' but not very productive. Time is never stops and without management, falling down the YouTube rabbit hole is inevitable. In this video Chris demonstrates that by breaking down your day into hour or half an hour chunks helps you establish where all your time is going. Although it may seem like a daunting task it's actually quite liberating and simple. If you have clearly defined goals you want to achieve in life, you'll find that the list of tasks you go through in a day isn't that exhaustive. Besides chores, personal hygiene and all the necessary tasks to survive... every other task is entirely in your hands. For me I've removed social media, pointless YouTube browsing and spending time worrying in my head and replaced it with coding to refine my skills to produce better bespoke WordPress themes.
