A @GrumpyCat Flag ?

As a newbie on the community of steem, i barely know that the max aged post rules on steembottracker is really important.

If its says that max aged post is 3.5 day old like the example on the image above and you use the bid-bot upvote on your post older than 3.5 day get ready to be victim of @GrumpyCat flag...thats mean your upvote value income will reduce or it will be take back...
i dont know what the current result but the point is you get flag = ur value is lost (part of it)

if anybody has better explanation, please do correct me if im wrong.
