IFTER: is a special act
Every year when Ramadan comes back we get back a new lifestyle and culture. Which is observed by Muslims for a period of one month.
Iftar is a special attraction after fasting all day. Iftar is a special act. It is obligatory to break the fast as soon as the sunsets. Islam says to break the fast immediately in iftar time.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that people will be in the welfare as long as they break their fast early and have their seheri late.
In the evening, having iftar with family and friends is a tradition. Everywhere Iftar is organized in the most beautiful way possible. There are different types of iftar in different countries. Iftar is organized based on the people of the country and their eating habits.
The main iftar items in Bangladesh are dates, grams, Halim, puff pastry, jilapi, payes, and many fruits. In addition to making iftar at home, iftar is made and sold in markets, roadside vans. The biggest iftar is organized in the old Dhaka of Bangladesh.
The duration of fasting varies from country to country. The fasting period in Argentina and Australia is 8 to 10 hours. People in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Qatar, Morocco, Libya, Algeria, Sudan, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh fast for 10 to 15 hours.
We will try our best to do charity and good deeds in this month of Ramadan.
