SHAFTED!

In April , my Son Wayne and I went to Westgate Shopping Centre.
Wayne said he needed to get something from the Car.
While waiting , a young man came to me and asked if I would like 2 free tickets for the cinema?
I agreed , he said he could also organise vouchers for discount offers on foodstuffs etc. Asked me for my phone ,and said I would receive offers on it.
Heard nothing more on it,being in my late seventies did not worry about it much!
In May I looked through my bank statement , and found Clientele were taking an amount off me every month. I had no idea what this was for , called them( again a long process) , and they said I had a contract with them?
looked on my cell phone and found a clientee app with no inkling of how it got there , deleted it , and used google to see where the nearest clientele offices where, said Westgate, so off I go.
Naturally , there is no office there , but occasionally they evidently put a tablle and chairs down there? (obviously looking for some dumb old people to take for a ride)
I then go to Absa and ask them to cancel any payments I make to clientele, tell me they cannot do it?
I again phone Clientele ( a long process again) they tell me I definitely signed a contrct with them?
Eventually I go into Absa in Florida, open a new transaction account and transfer all from the old account into the new one.
Cannot wait for the end of the Month when they try to rob me again?
I assume they are called cell phones as they were designed for people in prison?
