Author Joe Holt - Introduce Yourself Post

My name is Joe Holt and I was born in Santa Barbara, California USA, in 1978. After living in orphanages, foster homes, two temporary adoptions, and a forced child labor camp, I signed to join the United States Marine Corps on my 17th birthday. My Asperger Spectrum of Autism, went un-diagnosed until I was 32 years old.

After two enlistments in the Marines as an Aviation Electrical Engineer, I had attained the rank of Sergeant, had served two tours overseas in Japan and South Korea, and had earned a National Defense Medal. A combination of military and off-duty injuries led to my medical retirement at the age of 23. I have been an Aviation Electrical Engineer, Lifeguard, Artist, Author, Life-Coach, Non-Profit Activist, Private Security, Public Speaker, Mentor, and so many more things besides over the years.

I am the father of two sons, Joseph Jr. and Justin, and currently live in Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas. I am a full-time writer, photographer, artist, and Ambassador of Aloha. Now, with nine books published, and a 10th currently in production, and all my first edition books moved into second editions, I have become a prolific writer

I am a full-time Live streamer on dLive.tv/authorjoeholt and have a live podcast I call "Fireside Chats." I interview other live streamers about life, cryptocurrency, world events, esoteric info, and more.
