A new road!
If you need to break out of a certain routine, then find a new one. The best way out of a bad set of circumstances is to create a new set that serves you. Start simple. Every day you should wake up at the same time and get things done in a routine. Getting in a good routine can solve many of life's problems. If you don't know where to start, you can always start by fasting or cutting out certain things in your diet that are not good. Then move onto your physical self and routine. Where are you working? If you don't like your office/home space pick up a feng shui book such as "lighting the eye of the dragon" so that you can make the changes to the energy flow.
It's important to feel safe and content in both your home and office environment. If you don't understand how to get the energy to make these changes, then fasting will help with that. Fasting actually gives you more energy than it takes away. It should be a fun process. There may be elements of pain involved in any change, but overall the fun should outweigh the pain in the end. Its all about being closer to your true self. If you can be closer to that, then all will be well. If you need some other form of help don't be afraid to ask or pay for it. Where there is a will there is a way, don't give up until you have the life that you have always dreamed of!
