En segundo plano hacer cosas que me hacen feliz como hace ejercicio, salir de compras, compartir con amigos, en fin hacer una vida normal y rodearme de personas verdaderamente reales que miren mas allá de un físico o una cara bonita, que los temas de conversación no se enfoquen en la dieta que esta de moda o en como te ves, sino en como te sientes o como estuvo tu día, cosas que son mas valiosas que tu apariencia.

Otra cosa que me gusta hacer para sentirme bien conmigo misma es ponerme bonita, me arreglo mi cabello, uñas, cejas, no para agradar a nadie si no porque me gusta consentirme y darme amor a mi misma, ese que solo puedo darme yo y que mas nadie puede darme, porque amor de madre , de pareja y de hijo recibo todos los días, pero ninguno tan importante como el amor propio.

Another thing I like to do to feel good about myself is to make myself pretty. I fix my hair, nails, eyebrows, not to please anyone but because I like to pamper myself and give myself love, the kind that only I can give myself and that no one else can give me, because I receive love from a mother, a partner and a child every day, but none as important as self-love.
