Elegant Humble-Beef Stew
The name Humble-Beef Stew, was the nickname my boyfriend and I gave this dish. It was actually prepared by a real chef who donated his time and service to preparing this meal for a soup kitchen at a Lutheran church in Brookings, Oregon. It was so delectable that my boyfriend went and asked if there was a name for it. The response? "It's simply, BEEF STEW."
