Yes, it is possible to find calm while the storm is passing. Because our energy is valuable, and we need to regulate our emotions. Nothing is achieved when we are exhausted—especially those of us who have family and friends to support from the outside.
We have more questions than answers. We don’t have a clear direction, and yet we must keep moving forward—walking in the dark, but without stopping. So today, that’s where we are: walking, seeking calm, and building strategies to avoid endless scrolling on social media, which doesn’t help us right now. Overexposure to all kinds of information ends up consuming us.
So I invite you to manage the tension too: disconnect for a while, stay hydrated, and take care of yourselves—because at any moment, things may move abruptly again.
