Football is an easy sport looking from the outside as a spectator, but it is not the same if you view it from a football club or national team's managerial perspective.

In the pitch it is played by 22 players, but when they start to kick the ball off, the ball starts to move and the overall dynamism has a great thing to say.

I am not a professional in sporting events and that when large football clubs and the international events take place, I find little to large interests in watching it in the electronic screen. Normally a TV set and a nice sofa and lying on it from a typical distance could easily calm my eyes and soul after a busy schedule of work.

After watching more than 500 -1000 soccer matches in the tv, I found that, those teams compete well in the pitch they share a lucky chance to win casually. But if you find out what are the liable causes of losing a match, you would get to see that - any team loses a match by dint of a larger miscalculation of plans that has not yet been executed properly. Thats how things don’t turn out to be in a favourable way of any football side.

Professional sport is different than the other sports. Some nations compete in world stage and world soccer ranking shows that, when a team starts to lose confidence of their matches played upon, they are due to lack of awareness of what to do and modify tactics.

Sometimes it is the formation and wrong formation at wrong time could prove costly damage done in sporting events. Some teams have lost due to rhythmic changes and some others because changing formation made the team to be weak. In this way, no other team could secure a win.

The most important thing or the vital lesson a team could learn is the fact that, timely awareness to start to look for a choosing a defensive or offensive formation is the key to success. It comes out of a larger vision of not retaining the players with a same techniques, but rather trying to look for a mixture of formations and different other training to move on.

It is a tough choice to make, but yet timely intervention could help a team to win in the long run. Winning is not a habit, but it could strategically be turned into an easy way possible.
