Passport Issue problem in India...

In today life everything is update and everything u can enjoy fulfill over internet. But still in India Economy the Work of offline management is bad wherever its on government office ,private office or international office. Because in India office staff see themselves first then the costumers come. its about the day story when i go for making passport and i already fill my detail over internet of passport then i got my verification date to verify my account i was happy that i got passport in so few day i thought its easy to verify like we do over internet.But no i was wrong when i reach there i saw that there was a huge crowd no Management and even the staff are on their enjoyment do work slowly not care of costumers that they wait from morning staff do their lunch dinner too lately but people stand hungry in crowd that feel me like India still have to develope by mind i am not a enemy of India i just wan to say that our India people of their Work are lazy toward their responsibilities. Just please do work perfectly and Make India grow...
