6to Aniversario de Vizcaya Studio! Entre Estrellas y Ritmo💃🏽💜 [ESP-ENG]

Helloo, espero te encuentres súper bien, y tu semana esté culminando de la mejor forma!! El 20 de diciembre, celebramos el 6to Aniversario de mi amada Academia Vizcaya Studio. Fue un día de muchas emociones, y muchísimo trabajo, ya he contado en otros posts que además de ser instructura, hoy día soy parte de la coordinación de todas las actividades que se realizan en la academia, y por ende, el trabajo para este aniversario fue diferente y un poquito más grande.

Cabe acotar que este evento salió de milagro. Inicialmente se iba a dar en la terraza del hotel que está con el centro comercial (que me tenía súper ilusionada), pero justo unas semanas antes decidieron cerrar el hotel... y por la fecha, lo que se logró fue hacerlo en la terraza del estacionamiento, jaja. Evidentemente se adecuó el espacio, se mantuvo la idea inicial de hacerlo tipo feria, hubo stands de comida, el público estuvo distribuido en mesas; y el camerino de nuestros bailarines fue la academia.

Lo único que no salió como hubiésemos querido fue que comenzamos muchísimo más tarde el evento, por retrasos del montaje de la tarima y del servicio de sillas y mesas. Eso no corrió por mi cuenta y nadie de verdad se esperó eso. Pero lo importante es que una vez comenzó el evento, todo salió bien, hubo muy buenos comentarios de todas las presentaciones y del trabajo que se realizó durante todo el año y nada más gratificante que eso... cuando todo finalizó, disfrutamos de nuestro respectivo social, me cambié por supuesto, amé como me quedó el outfit, y pues nada, súper agradecida y contenta de celebrar y ser parte por segundo año consecutivo de esta academia que me ha brindado mucho apoyo, me ha permitido crecer y por supuesto, conectar con personas maravillosas...

Hello, I hope you are doing great and your week is ending on a high note! On December 20, we celebrated the 6th anniversary of my beloved Vizcaya Studio Academy. It was a day full of emotions and a lot of work. I've mentioned in other posts that, in addition to being an instructor, I am now part of the coordination team for all the activities that take place at the academy, so the work for this anniversary was different and a little more intense.

It should be noted that this event came together by a miracle. Initially, it was going to take place on the terrace of the hotel next to the shopping center (which I was very excited about), but just a few weeks before, they decided to close the hotel... and because of the date, we ended up doing it on the parking lot terrace, haha. Obviously, the space was adapted, the initial idea of making it a fair-like event was maintained, there were food stands, the audience was distributed among tables, and our dancers' dressing room was the academy.

The only thing that didn't go as we would have liked was that we started the event much later than planned due to delays in setting up the stage and delivering the chairs and tables. That wasn't my fault, and no one really expected that to happen. But the important thing is that once the event started, everything went well. There were very good comments about all the presentations and the work that was done throughout the year, and nothing is more rewarding than that. When it was all over, we enjoyed our respective social gatherings. I changed, of course, and I loved how my outfit looked. So, I'm super grateful and happy to celebrate and be part of this academy for the second year in a row. It has given me a lot of support, allowed me to grow, and, of course, connect with wonderful people...
