In elementary school, before admission, the child tests for IQ. Depending on the results, it is distributed to different classes.
In the developed class, the class of middles, the class of laggards. In my opinion it's sad when a child is treated so unfairly. After all, even he did not have time to show himself, and he is branded developed / undeveloped. And the more so this test is only a "coefficient", and not a real thing.

In the Guinness Book of Records, the highest IQ - 228 - was recorded in 1956 in the ten-year-old American Marilyn Vos Savant. She worked as a journalist, is a member of the above-named "top" Mensa International. And that's all. No more super-achievements.

But a child can suspect that he "is something different from other children" and this can bring a psychological trauma. And any injury can lead to worse consequences. What is undesirable at such a young age.

In Russia, there is no such thing. And in other countries I have not heard too about it.
Because this discrimination of a person is an infringement of his rights.
