"Shhh! Keep your voice down. Nobody should know what has happened", Her mother told her while she was crying and shaking with dismay. She was wronged, wronged by the man she thought loved her, wronged by the family she thought protected her, wronged by the society she thought knew her. She never knew a simple date could scar her for life. She never thought she will be betrayed by the man she was dreaming to spend her life with. But her evening started from casual chat over a drink ended with her being dishonored. She wanted to scream. She wanted to rip the memories out and burn them.
