「スパイスからカレーを作ろうと思ったのですが、レシピにあったカルダモン、クローブのホールスパイスが見つからず、パウダーしか手に入れられませんでした。
レシピには、まず油にホールスパイスを入れて熱するとあるのですが、パウダーだと出来ないのでしょうか。」

カルダモンのパウダーを使うときは、
煮込む時に、一振り使うぐらいがよさそうですね。
油でカルダモンを炒めて使う場合は、ホールでないと難しいです。
