Yesterday, my daughter and I were returning from a walk and were walking home, not through the back door of our garden, but along our village street. When our Nora walks down the street, she is interested in the roadsides. They carry a lot of smells, which she reads like a book. I have to control her with a leash. Passing by the house next door, I saw this cat. An interesting cat. He has short ears, like he's a British breed, but no one lives in this house. What is this cat doing here? I was also attracted by his gaze. He reminded me of Leopold the cat from an old Soviet cartoon. Leopold also had a drooping mustache.

And here's the situation. The cat is not just sitting on the fence, but is bent in its back and sharpening its claws. I decided to take a photo.
I have a leash in my right hand, which is constantly being pulled by Nora, and I try to aim the camera at the cat, but I can't. While I was handing the dog to my daughter, the cat saw us and became alert.

Often, we don't notice the little things; we pay attention only to the subject. But already looking at the photo on the big screen, we see that there are interesting moments. In this case, I found that in the background, on the roof of the house, another cat was sitting and looking intently at my photomodel. Where did these cats come from? It was the first time I saw them on our street.
When Vasilisa the cat lived with us, she could go to the outskirts of the village in search of a boyfriend and be away from home for a couple of days. The cat was interesting. She didn't like strangers and could tear a person's hand to blood if he tried to stroke her.

Today has been a long day full of events, and it has come to an end. Butters the cat is dying, and it's sad to realize that. A week ago, we hoped that he would recover, but on Tuesday, the vet said that his kidneys were very bad. It looks like he was poisoned by the mice he ate 2 weeks ago.
It's a very sad story.
