The Village Device is one of the village government organs, other than the Village Head. In accordance with the formulation of Article 1 Sub-Article 3 of the Village Law, the position of Village Device is 'helper' for the Village Head in carrying out the government function.
Village Devices consist of:
a. Village secretary
b. Territorial executive, and
c. Technical implementers
