Body Flow Series #35: Dancing to Harry Style's Sweet Creature
Hello my Friends.
The pole routine in this video is very simple and not much complicated. First because its my period and second is that I feel less energy with my low carb diet lately.
I get a lot of question about training during my period. I used to find it difficult at first because normally, when I was just started pole dancing, I feel so weak during my period. However, the more I train even during my period, the less I feel "heavy". Of course, there is a difference in energy levels and the comfort of spreading my legs during a heavy flow but I feel so much progress in my training performance compared to when I just started. Menstrual pads are the worst thing to use when training during a heavy flow. I love using menstrual cups or tampons because they allow free movement.
In today's pole video, I'm dancing to one of my favorite Harry Styles Song: Sweet Creature.
For me the song is about a fragile, difficult and young relationship. It talks about how things between them "have been going wrong" but he's not able to go on alone, by himself. He refers to the woman as his "home" who helps him feel the sense of belonging and security, despite not knowing as the song says it, "where they're going".
