One nosegrind a day keep the evil away

Last couple weeks I started going to the dentist early in the morning at 7am, lucky me it is like 10 minutes walking from my house. Those days I go to the dentist I end up skating right after that still in the morning and then I try to skate after noon. Yesterday it was exactly what happened… went from the dentist to the skatepark to have lunch and then more skating in a famous diy here in São Paulo. And yeah, as you will see, it was a nosegrind day.
