I always add 1 to 2 exercises that I am not comfortable with to each of my routines.
I am not scared to fail or embarrass myself either, to do it right is sometime a process, you have to go thru failure.
Sometimes I am trying a new exercise and it takes me 20 tries to get it right. 😅😵😵
Then, once I get it, I record and I post it on here.🤗
Well let me tell you a story, last weekend I was at Muscle Beach, I wanted to try the Superman with the battle rope, I totally thought I could do it. 🤭🤭
First try I face planted and ate sand 😂😂. And the beach was full of people. 🤷🏻♀️ and so what?
To learn something you gotta put in the work, and accept that it can not always be perfect the first time.
