Ginger root and tigers
wonderful ginger- in the family Zingiberaceae , is great for sore throats- it literally burns the germs out of you. As a wind type - in the Book -"Eat right for your blood type" - I determined that I was a 'wind type' and thus prone to getting cold - ginger keeps the wind type warm and should be eaten regularly. It is great mixed w/ tuna and lime juice and cilantro and served over crackers or... in a stir fry w/ shrimp or chicken. Oh yes-the other part of the still life- the ceramic tigers- a gift from one of my #sisters - a self professed crazy #cat lady. #original #photo by @angrytwin taken w/ a #nikon #camera
