Construyendo realidades

¡Todos tenemos la oportunidad de elegir la vida que queremos¡ Esta afirmación la he hecho mía desde que la escucho de mis padres, por ello, en cada oportunidad que tengo, hago mi mejor esfuerzo por vivir todos los días sin rencores y con la mejor de la energía. En ocasiones, no se dan días tan alegres, sin embargo, también aprendo de ellos.

Construir realidades, es un estilo de vida, debido a que en el camino se logra adquirir conocimientos y destrezas qué van logrando cambios en cada uno de nosotros, es por ello que la actitud con la cual miremos y afrontemos la vida resulta de mucho provecho. Para ello, crecer en ambientes que fortalezcan la autoestima y estimulen el pensamiento positivo puede facilitar el proceso. A diferencia de aquellos a quienes les ha tocado vivir y crecer con dificultades, también se les posibilita la instrucción de su propia realidad para alcanzar mejores cosas en el futuro. Con esto lo que deseo compartir es que todos tienen la posibilidad de elegir, es por eso que el valor como miramos la vida resulta muy valioso.

Si todo es parte de una decisión, entonces, cuál sería la necesaria para construir nuestra propia realidad. Ese camino que se hace hoy, para delinear la forma de cómo viviremos. Si eres creyente de construir tu propia realidad, ¿Qué harías de diferente hoy? ¿Qué cambios harías en tu vida hoy? Por pequeños que sean los cambios, todos se traducen en las bases del mañana.

Estas interrogantes, me las he llegado hacer a mi misma y en consecuencia estoy actuando, viviendo el hoy y accionando, la disfrutar de cada día y aprender de cada experiencia, lo que hace que sume momentos valiosos en mi camino de vida.

Building realities

We all have the opportunity to choose the life we want! I have made this statement mine since I heard it from my parents, therefore, in every opportunity I have, I do my best to live every day without grudges and with the best of energy. Sometimes, there are not such happy days, however, I also learn from them.

Building realities is a lifestyle, because along the way we are able to acquire knowledge and skills that achieve changes in each of us, which is why the attitude with which we look at and face life is very useful. To do this, growing up in environments that strengthen self-esteem and stimulate positive thinking can facilitate the process. Unlike those who have had to live and grow with difficulties, they are also enabled to learn about their own reality to achieve better things in the future. With this, what I want to share is that everyone has the possibility of choosing, that is why the value of how we look at life is very valuable.

If everything is part of a decision, then what would be necessary to build our own reality. That path that is made today, to outline the way we will live. No matter how small the changes are, they all translate into the foundations of tomorrow.
