Woking Town's Weird "Eco-Friendly" Environmental Project

I just have to say that: "What I saw recently in my local Town Centre was total weirdness"! (in my opinion). At first I thought the grassy plants were all fake (just plastic green ornaments). However, apparently they are ALL VERY REAL and created by the Town Council "Think Tank" department. It is meant to make Woking Town appear more Eco-Friendly, but to me it just looks so weird.

How are they going to maintain this creation in the future, when employees complain about bugs and flying insects? Coming in through open windows! Also, Council Workmen will need to water it all or everything will just dry out and die 🤣

This is just craziness, I mean what were they thinking? LOL
