Miracle on 34th
One of the major perks about living in the Baltimore area would definetly be all the events that go on in and around the city. Especially during the Christmas holiday, the city gets hella lit (literally). One really beautiful event is the Miracle on 34th Neighborhood Light Display.
It is quite gorgeous. Some houses also have theme decorations such as
Mardi Gras
Hanukkah

There are baked goods and hot chocolate for free at the event. However, donations are very appreciated. I believe the donations when I went were benefitting a local pet shelter.
Overall it was an amazing time. Theres so many people you'll even forget its below freezing outside. If you're in the Baltimore area I highly recommend checking out 34th street, this event has a facebook page (just search "miracle on 34th baltimore"). I believe it goes on every weekend leading up to Christmas. Happy Holidays! :)
