The Dacia Spring: Europe cheapest electric car
The Dacia Spring is Europe's newest an cheapest electric car 'till date. Starting at 18.000E in some countries it can get as cheap as 8.000E with state grants, as it's the case in Dacia's home country: Romania.
This car is the perfect city car, having a 125 km/h max speed and a 230km range in perfect conditions. The car comes with a 6.6KWh charging speed but can be upgraded for 300E to fast charging 30KWh.
The car is pretty small, but perfect for the city, Renault Zoe is a bit bigger than this one. For european cities with small roads it's the perfect car as it can fit through traffic and not be stuck.
Will the Dacia Spring become the best selling electric car in Europe? I personally think it will. What are your predictions and would you buy this car as your primary or secondary car?
