sweet cheese cake
Material :
100 grams of grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of sugar
300 grams of white sticky rice flour
oil to fry sufficiently
1 teaspoon salt
3 chicken eggs
How to make :
first step, beat the egg together with the sugar mixer until fluffy and white. Then put the grated cheese and white sticky flour into it.
Knead by hand until the dough becomes dull and not sticky.
Next, we put the dough into a plastic triangle that has filled the flower-shaped flute.
Spray the dough to form a length of about 5-6 cm above the pan that contains the oil that has been heated.
Fry until the cake is ripe and dried until it is completely brownish.
Finally, remove the dried paste of winged wings and let it cool down and the oil drops.
Enter the cake into the jar and the winged cake was ready for us to enjoy together .
