Choosing to fight back
Enough with the fat and the huffing and puffing whilst performing the smallest of physical tasks.
I chose to fight back and get fit again, midlife fit, realistic and sustainable fit.
1st run in 4 months done as promised. So now I will be a millionaire and take early retirement within two years, the deal with the devil has been made 🍻
