Being Teased by Christ

My mother is a very serious person, and she no idea I had Christ following me. At times, RayEl would try to make me laugh while my mother was talking to me, just to amuse himself. He would wave his hand in front of her face, bounce up and down, and wiggle his eyebrows. All the while I hid behind my coffee mug trying not to smile or burst into laughter!
"I'm going to smack you.", I would say mentally.
"In a place I'll enjoy I hope!"
"No! Where it's gonna hurt!"
"I think I hear Father calling."
"You don't hear a darn thing and you know it!"
He laughed then said, "I can leave you know."
"That's alright buddy. The smack will be here when you come back."
His normal giggle turned into a roar.
"Oh really! I'm getting it either way? In that case, do you know what your mother's been talking about all this time?"
"Oh crap! No! What has she been talking about?"
"I don't know. I wasn't paying attention. She's looking at you rather weird."
I tuned in to mother and quickly picked up the conversation again. RayEl walked over to me and said, "That was close. Good thing she doesn't talk about anything new."
He could keep that up for hours! The closer he could get me to lossing it, the happier he got. Onry thing.
