9月12日消息，一份官方新闻稿称，中国进出口银行(Exim Bank）与金砖国家银行间合作机制)，于周三批准了一项关于分布式账簿和区块链在数字经济发展背景下的合作研究的协议。印度内阁主席纳伦德拉·莫迪（Narendra Modi）主持了对谅解备忘录的事后批准。
