Good morning Steemit fam!
As of lately I've been so hard on myself. I've been sad and depressed about my break up. But then I re-analyzed my life coming to my senses who I wanted to be as a person. I started meditating and doing yoga. This has been helping tremendously and I highly recommend it! Get in touch with your true self. Don't let others hurt you, you're much stronger than that.
