Un gran saludos amigos de Community. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes una gran rutina para el fortalecimiento de nuestra plancha donde podrán ver algunos ejercicios combinados que te ayudaran mucho y que mi compañero Hive y compañeros de Street Workout
A big greetings friends of Community. In this opportunity I will share with you a great routine for strengthening our plank where you can see some combined exercises that will help you a lot and that my partner Hive and colleagues of Street Workout

Esta rutina es para el fortalecimiento y el desarrollo de nuestra plancha. Estoy enfocando en mejorar la postura y el aguante de mis planchas, por eso estoy entrenado con ejercicios combinados porque tiene un mayor desempeñó a la hora de trabajar cada músculo requerido para nuestra plancha
This routine is for the strengthening and development of our plancha. I am focusing on improving the posture and endurance of my planks, that's why I am training with combined exercises because it has a better performance when it comes to working each muscle required for our plank.
Mi meta es obtener mayor resistencia y fuerza a la hora de ejecutar este movimiento estático y por eso estoy decidido a hacer este tipo de ejercicio para poder mejorar, ganar fuerza en las escápulas, toda la espalda, desde los dorsales y el lumbar.
My goal is to obtain greater endurance and strength when executing this static movement and that is why I am determined to do this type of exercise in order to improve, gain strength in the scapulae, the whole back, from the dorsal and lumbar.
Quiero seguir mejorando más estés movimiento estático, pero tan bien estoy enfocado que mi compañero @ashura-sw mejore más y seguir corrigiendo y mejorando mutuamente en equipo.
