Red Jungle Collage
Red Jungle
The topic of this collage was chosen randomly, by taking two snippets with each one having word on it.
While searching for red shades in magazines I thought about how to communicate a jungle and chose to imitate tree trunks. A jungle represents chaos, that's why you'll find different textures and other visual metaphors of what chaos could be. Jungles by this time are also associated with destruction, due to ecocide just as deforestation and forest fire.
This composition should represent all these aspects, since I associate the color red with aggression and wanted to create a relationship between the two words (Red & Jungle)
