What is the ALSFRS (ALS Functional Rating Scale)?
The ALSFRS is designed to track a person's progress over time. The scores range from 0 to 4. Zero signifies no function, whereas four means full function. With additional tests, the ALSFRS-R can offer a more complete picture of the patient's health.
