This is my first collage with Photoshop and the theme is the freedom of horses and the natural world as observed from humanity's perspective.

Where the sun sets, behind the Sierra de los Silencios, two pure, perfect white horses are watched by the god Aeolus as they come and go. The horses play at fighting, at victory; they are not enemies, there is no competition; both fight, both win. Like ethereal spirits, they dance in the wind. One is Bruma, agile and playful, the other Alba, strong and serene.

Every dawn, at the first ray of sunlight, Alba and Bruma come out to roam the fields. They raise their hooves, swish their manes, rays of white light streaking across the sky, they race as if the whole world belonged to them. Every morning, from east to west, their veil never ceases. They are free spirits, dwelling in a dream, a dream that everyone has and no one forgets.

Fortune to the god Aeolus for such beautiful beasts, fortune to the human who sees them dance, because Alba and Bruma do not bleat or gallop for men, they dance for the sky, for the earth, for the sea, and above all, for them, because they know what it is to be truly free.
