My weekend selections: 20 July 2025

It's been one of my goals to always combine activity of my mind and of my body because I feel that a better life, a better enjoyment of life, comes from doing that. It's what I've been doing all weekend and now, towards the end of it, I feel happy and contented that I have spent it well.

The weekend always seems to go by so fast and Monday arrives once again meaning the working week begins all over again. I don't mind too much because I enjoy my job but I'd much rather be listening to music and relaxing. If only the weekend went for seven days of the week.
