My Saturday selections: 27 September

An honest day's work is something I feel I've delivered over and over again and last week is no exception. It wasn't an easy week but those difficulties made the arrival of the weekend feel so much more important and so far I've made the most of it with a trip to the art gallery to see an exhibition of several young, up and coming, French artists and I even had the chance to meet and speak with one briefly.

Honest work is righteous and helps lead to a better understanding of ourselves which leads to self-development. Working hard is a teacher and if we listen, learn and use those lessons to our advantage our growth potential is uncapped.

The weekend always seems to go by so fast and Monday arrives once again meaning the working week begins all over again. I don't mind too much because I enjoy my job but I'd much rather be listening to music and relaxing. If only the weekend went for seven days of the week.
