Sunday; moving legs on morning

Here is my beginning of Sunday.

This morning I took Evie out as usual to the morning walking. Later I took some 20 minutes for myself to do a running over the seaside, that makes a bit balance as yesterday evening I did only some 10 minutes, and more walking, yes. But my guess is that we need sweat in order to improve the benefics for bones and more.

All morning is going with some 5K steps. With +3K steps for my moderate running, almost 4K steps.

In the terraza I captured a nice image of a bird.
