Ode to my Love
Source
‘Twas a bright morning with a gargantuan grace,
With a sun that extends its golden rays,
Which illumined the lone souls and hearts,
Awaken to see two ‘suns’ and two autumns,
One belongs to me and the world,
While the other to me and me alone.
Got that smile with a breeze that sends shiver,
And to the broken heart a brace and weaver,
We lock hands and hearts around we wander,
Down to isles and woods and lands of wonder.
Looking for no gardens and flowers around,
For all around me is flower and gardens abound.
O dear world never say a season for love,
For love’s no season and no Love’s time,
But a life through time with death scribed,
And to death my love shall never subscribe,
Next to heaven is that good and gentle love
All heavens are made of nothing but love.
