Understanding USDT Dominance
In crypto trading, one of the most important indicators is USDT Dominance. Many of us dont know about this or even Bitcoin dominance. These two are the best indicators to get to know about the market trend and investor behavior.
It is very simple and you will get in trading view. USDT dominance will show you about how much percentage of the total crypto is invested. If the percentage is higher means that investors are fearful and they are out from the market.
And if the percentage is going down means that more and more investors are investing in Bitcoin and altcoins. In the history of the crypto market highest percentage was around 9% and the lowest is around 0.1%.
These indicators will help you to enter market in the right time. Whenever you see that BTC dominance is decreasing and also USDT dominance is going downside then it will be the best time to invest.
More people investing means more money flows into the market which indicates a bullish trend. The same is with the opposite side. So better is to keep on watching the both dominance on daily basis.
At the moment, with USDT dominance around 4.36%, the market is in a balanced condition. But if it drops further, we may see a strong move in Altcoins. That’s why keeping an eye on this indicator is very useful for traders.
On the other hand if it goes upside, we may see another correction which will surely take the prices down.
Do you know about the USDT dominance? Have you ever tried this indicator? Will be glad to see your answers in the comment section.
