Sorry doesn't fix every damage

A person should always think carefully before speaking because there are some words or actions that cannot be undone. It's like a glass: when it breaks, even after fixing it, the cracks remain visible.

Imam Ali (a.s) has a beautiful saying: "The tongue is sharper than the sword." This has a deep meaning. Some words spoken can be more dangerous than a sword. A sword can kill a person once, but the wound of words makes a person die over and over again.

It's a good habit to say sorry for mistakes, and not every mistake is dangerous. Many mistakes happen because of misunderstandings, and forgiving them solves the problem.

However, there are some mistakes that cannot be fixed. That’s why seeking forgiveness isn’t always the solution. A person should weigh their words carefully before speaking.

Sometimes, in the heat of emotions, people say things they shouldn’t. Later, when they calm down, they realize how big a mistake they made.

Especially, husbands and wives should talk responsibly and not turn every matter into a problem. They should avoid doubting each other, as this is a major reason relationships fall apart.

One should never say something that leads to lifelong regret. If you follow Imam Ali’s saying, your relationships will always stay strong.

What do you think? Is forgiving the solution to problems? Have you ever faced an incident that changed your life? I’d love to read your answers in the comments.
