Weekend-Engagement WEEK #199: Tenacity, perseverance, persistence.

Starting from the premise that a person with tenacious qualities is the one who has determination and endurance to achieve a goal regardless and overcoming all the adversities and obstacles that can be found on their way to triumph, if we start from this point, if I consider myself a person with tenacity.

In several scenarios I have tested my endurance and my will to finish things.

• One of them was getting used to live alone since I was 17 years old due to college issues, spending 8 years of career, where I had no supervision and everything depended on me. With many distractions and vices that could keep me from reaching my goal, which was to have a college degree.

• Another anecdote that tested my tenacity was preparing for a 2 week excursion in a place called Gran Sabana located in my country Venezuela, Bolivar State. An environment where you connect 100% with nature. You have the option to go and travel around in a car, but this time our group wanted a more natural experience, camping in the middle of the jungle, getting to know distant springs, doing exploratory hikes.

• To acquire new skills we always have to have perserverance, practice and endurance, this happened to me when I learned to play guitar, after a couple of years I am still learning as well as getting frustrated when I find some notes difficult. hahaha
