The people of the world would have had a fair share of the wealth and riches of this world if not for the greediness of the few who have accrued everything to themselves.

Greediness is one of those things affecting us in the world. People now are in the habit of taking all to themselves and leaving others to suffer hunger and poverty.

However, Jesus Christ in John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Told us that in this world, we will surely have tribulations, but that we should be of good cheer as he had overcome the world.

Bro. Eli in his teaching here told us that we should not be discouraged. He said despite the fact that his restaurant was closed down during the pandemic, he and his workers still have hope of what the end would be for them.

He mentioned people that are poor in the bible. A person like Lazarus who with his faith would not lose focus and not be deterred by the poverty of this world to lose eternity with Christ with his hope of new heaven and new earth with Christ at the end of the world.

In conclusion, we should not be moved by the greediness nor by the tribulations of this world as Christ has overcame everything for us.
