Happy A.M , my beautiful people! I guess you aren't dozing off. I have come to share you the good news I have waited so long for. My fiance and I are getting engaged today and everything feels so surreal.

We've been together for over a decade with no proper assurance or engagement .Many guys had come for my hand in marriage but I couldn't just dump John like that. I decided to stay by him all through the university and even after. The pressure actually became unbearable from my family the month I clocked '30 years '. But deep within me, I knew it wasn't like John did not like me but he was scared of commitment because he had no job yet.
My family kept pushing for introduction and engagement, they didn't want John to waste my time and later dump me but John couldn't come to term.

Within me, I kept praying to God to establish us. I prayed to God to bless him with good job. I cried almost every night but here I am on this special night to tell you all that God has finally answered my prayers. John has got a good job at a multinational company with good salary and he and he's family are coming today for our engagement. Midnight owls, I can't wait for the dawn of this day. It is joy everywhere. My dress is set and it's so gorgeous.
