Hola, queridos lectores, hoy les comparto algunas fotografías de mi día el día jueves. Mi papá estaba de cumpleaños y mis hermanas y yo le compramos para hacer unos perros calientes. No hicimos torta, ya que él no puede comer azúcar y, aparte, preferíamos dejarlo para el año; solo compartimos haciendo una cena y agradeciendo la vida de mi papá. Y la de nosotros, en estos momentos, queda agradecer mucho la bendición de estar vivos.
Hello, dear readers. Today I’m sharing some photos from my day this past Thursday. It was my dad’s birthday, so my sisters and I bought the ingredients to make hot dogs. We didn’t make a cake, since he can’t eat sugar—and besides, we preferred to save that for later in the year; instead, we simply shared a dinner and gave thanks for my dad’s life. And for our own lives, too—in times like these, we have so much to be grateful for regarding the blessing of being alive.
