Depression kills

In this world that we live in we should not confide ourselves alone especially when we are having problems because it can kill our soul....leading to a deeper agony of our being. I encourage everyone who are having such difficulty to talk with someone whom they can trust and bring out their emotions in this manner it can lessen the burden they have...Depression leads to different emotions and hence, it can lead to stress, anxiety and deep lonliness. It can affect our being and treatment to other people as well. Being depressed is not healthy but rather it can affect everything in us. When we are depress we lack focus, eat a lot or vice versa or neither it will lead to ending ones life.A lot of people in our society today, are having a hard time handling their depression that is why a lot commits suicide. If this problem should be adress ahead of time this kind of event might as well be prevented and thus, it can save lives to those who are having problems and issues regarding depression....such situation like these only one mighty being can rescue us...a supernatural being that can understand us and nevee turn his back on us...Our heavenly Father....so hang on and reach out for Him.!!(
