INDIAN FOOD with a Twist - Veg Restaurants in Mumbai

We love Indian food! Whether it's Indian street food or the good old subzi roti, Indian food is something that is enjoyed in so many different ways. But what if I were to show you some good old Indian food with a twist! Im talking about Spice Klub - a restaurant in Mumbai. It actually has branches in Mumbai, chennai, Kolkata, Pune and even Dubai! So Spice Klub used molecular gastronomy with Indian Food and has a really interesting menu. It is one of my favorite veg restaurants in Mumbai and offers really good food. I would describe their fare as fusion Indian cuisine or Modern Indian food. Mumbai food has a lot to offer and I definitely think that this fusion food definitely deserves a try.
