Hello friends, it is a pleasure to greet you once again. Today I want to share my experience eating sushi for the first time.

My boyfriend for a long time really wanted to go eat sushi, both he and I had never tried it, we spent a long time hoping to have some extra money to go and treat ourselves, until we finally got the moment .

We went to a place where there are several food stalls located in the Tipuro area in Maturín, among these stalls there is one called "Sugoi Sushi" it is a place that had been previously recommended to me so we decided to go there. Despite being a small place with few tables, it was very nice and cosy.

We arrived and they showed us the menu through a QR code, we spent a few minutes looking at the ingredients of the roles and we didn't know what to choose, the girl who served us offered us some promotions and we ended up choosing one of them.
This promotion brought 18 pieces, there were 2 Roles, one tempura and the other cold. The tempura is called Lava Roll, it had a base of rice, tempura shrimp, ripe plantain, avocado, cream cheese, chives and a crispy crab and eel sauce topping, while the cold roll is called Palma Roll and has a rice base with sesame seeds, cream cheese, fish, avocado and crispy crab, with fish topping and eel sauce.

Despite being my first time trying sushi, I think that both roles were very tasty, although I liked the tempura much better. I was a little afraid that I wouldn't like it or that I would like it a lot and we would be hungry hahaha. But despite the fact that it was not very visible, we were satisfied but eager to return and try other roles.

On their menu they have a wide variety of rolls, appetizers, salads and if you are accompanied by someone who does not like sushi or Japanese food, they also sell hamburgers.

It was a good experience that I hope to repeat soon.

Hola amixes, es un placer saludarlos una vez más. Hoy les quiero compartir mi experiencia comiendo sushi por primera vez.

Mi novio desde hace mucho tiempo tenía muchas ganas de ir a comer sushi, tanto él como yo nunca lo habíamos probado, estuvimos mucho tiempo esperando tener algo de dinero extra para poder ir a darnos el gusto, hasta que por fin se nos dió el momento.

Fuimos a un lugar donde se encuentran varios puestos de comida ubicado en la zona de Tipuro en Maturín, entre estos puestos hay uno llamado "Sugoi Sushi" es un sitio que me habían recomendado anteriormente así que decidimos ir allá. A pesar de ser un lugar pequeño con pocas mesas era muy bonito y acogerdor.

Llegamos y nos mostraron el menú mediante un código QR, pasamos unos cuantos minutos viendo los igredientes de los roles y no sabíamos qué elegir, la chica que nos atendió nos ofreció algunas promociones y terminamos escogiendo una de ellas.
Esta promoción traía 18 piezas, eran 2 Roles, uno tempura y otro frío. El tempura se llama Lava Roll, este teníabase de arroz, camarón tempurizado, plátano maduro, aguacate, queso crema, cebollín y topping de cangrejo crocante y salsa anguila, mientras que el roll frío se llama Palma Roll y trae base de arroz con ajonjolí, queso crema, pescado, aguacate y cangrejo crispy, con topping de pescado y salsa anguila.

A pesar de ser mi primera vez probando sushi, considero que ambos roles estaban muy ricos, aunque me gustó mucho más el tempura. Tenía un poco de miedo de que no me gustara o que me gustara mucho y quedaramos con hambre jajaja. Pero a pesar de que se veía poquito quedamos satisfechos pero con ganas de volver y probar otros roles.

En su menú tienen mucha variedad de roles, entradas, ensaladas y si vas acompañado de alguien que no le gusta el sushi o la comida japonesa, también venden hamburguesas.

Fue una buena experiencia que espero repetir pronto.
