Land Prices Have Gotten Much Cheaper
In this video, I cover how the prices on land plots have come down dramatically over the past couple of months. There are several factors for this - Bitcoin is in a full bear market, land development was paused while Cryptomancer took care of a family emergency, and overall functionality and profitability stagnating on non-grain plots just to name a few. That being said, in terms of entry prices, the cheapest plots are now going for less than $7 and it's enticing me to build out in another region. What do you think?
