Welcome friends steemit, this time inspire me to dedicate one of my poems to our beautiful bridge of Lake Maracaibo, which honorably named General Rafael Urdaneta, Zulian hero of the independence of Venezuela, and locally called bridge over the lake, is a bridge that crosses the narrowest part of Lake Maracaibo, in Zulia, in northwestern Venezuela, and connects the city of Maracaibo with the rest of the country. It is one of the largest in its kind in the world, the second longest in Latin America.
slender and impose,
monumental over the waters
looks our bridge.
Eponym of the Zulian
that they nicknamed "the bright one"
Rafael Urdaneta they called you
big among the big ones.
Majestic and colossal
driven on the deep lake,
regional and national pride
admiration of the whole world.
Uniting souls and regions
its useful life is happening
